About The Position
This position is responsible for learning and assisting in engineering tasks as required within various Divisions and Districts of the Department under immediate supervision. The role involves performing a variety of engineering tasks in a learning capacity and receiving specialized training from designated personnel regarding the application of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria within the Department's rules, regulations, specifications, and operating procedures. The Arkansas Department of Transportation is an 'at will' employer, and the job description may be modified based on Department needs.
