About The Position

As an R&D Chemist student hire, you’ll collaborate with our R&D and Quality teams to support projects and special initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day lab operations. These roles may lead to full-time opportunities as a Lab Technician or Chemist, either in our R&D labs or field-based Quality Control teams. Collaborate with team members to support department goals Assist with special projects and lab-based initiatives Conduct laboratory testing and maintain accurate lab notes Help generate reports and presentations for technical teams The Program Details Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Co-Op: May 2026 – December 2026 (6 months) Internship: May 2026 – August 2026 (3 months) Rotations include technical training in R&D labs and practical experience at factory locations Host locations: Deerfield Beach, FL What’s in it for you?
