Job Summary
Candidate will support the validation and characterization of RFICs in pSemi’s UltraCMOS technology for commercial and industrial applications. Product lines include high performance RF switches, Amplifiers, Mixers, LNA’s, VCOs, PLLs etc. and preferably with EE major in Senior year at College or currently enrolled in Master Program.

Requirements

• Hands on experience of RF measurement equipment to validate performance of CMOS RF ICs, such as NF, phase noise, IP3, IP2, matching using smith charts, time domain measurements etc.
• Solid understanding of basic Digital, Analog and RF circuit theory
• Knowledgeable on Generic Building Blocks of Wireless System and RF IC Transceiver will be big plus
• Proficiency with general lab equipment such as: DC power supplies, o-scopes, multi-meters, VNA, Signal Generator, Functional Generator, Spectrum Analyzers etc.
• Good software or scripting like Python, MATLAB programming skills
• Current student in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineer, Computer Engineering or equivalent, preferably with completing 3+ year; or MSEE candidate

• Product characterization: define, measure, analyze and document product performance data.
