About The Position

The Summer Intern will join the Cell Therapy Analytical Development team to contribute to data-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing operational workflows, optimizing resource planning, improving analytical testing efficiency, and developing interactive dashboards. This position offers an opportunity to apply data science and analytics skills to real-world Cell Therapy challenges. The full-time internship will take place June - August 2026.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R, JavaScript, or similar languages is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in data transformation, cleaning, querying, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience creating dashboards and/or web applications (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Shiny, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment.

Responsibilities

  • Query, clean, and transform large-scale analytical testing datasets for research and regulatory purposes.
  • Develop and maintain searchable databases to support clinical trial operations and patient recruitment.
  • Build data visualization tools and interactive dashboards to streamline operational and resource management.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to develop predictive models for developmental and operational resource planning.
