About The Position
The Treasury & Capital Markets summer intern will be an integral part of a dynamic team of corporate finance and treasury professionals at a results-focused public real estate investment trust (REIT). This internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the finance sector, particularly within the context of a REIT. Interns will have the opportunity to engage in various projects that will enhance their understanding of core finance, accounting, and business fundamentals. The role will involve learning about financial analysis, capital markets, and internal treasury functions, which are crucial for the effective management of a REIT's financial resources. Throughout the internship, participants will complete projects that require the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting software, allowing them to develop their technical skills in financial reporting and analysis.
