About The Position

Acxiom is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual for a Campaign Operations Internship. The Campaign Operations intern will work directly with Campaign Operations Managers as a member of the Marketing Information Management team for one of our largest clients coordinating the implementation of their marketing campaigns. In this role the associate will provide support to coordinate all aspects of the execution of these programs working with all partners including Marketing, Decision Management, Acxiom Operations, and multiple partners (letter shops, email service providers, etc.). This internship opportunity will begin on January 20th, 2026. This internship will be in Conway, AR. 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients.
• Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives.
• Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems.
• Familiarity/expertise with SQL and Campaign Management.
• Campaign Management tools experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with the financial services industry.
• Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers and understanding of legal and regulatory environment.
• Experience with digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of Database technologies and CRM concepts.
• Knowledge of Acxiom products.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Campaign Operations Manager and Manager to serve as support for a financial services client, learning about marketing campaigns, decision management, risk, and other areas of the client's business to ensure successful project completion.
• May serve as back-up for the Campaigns Operations Manager on projects/programs.
• Provide support to Campaign Operations Manager as they support client business partners in reviewing requirements, offering suggestions, and answering inquiries.
• May support the Campaign Operations Manager in coordinating requirements and shepherd implementation across multiple technical vendors and client internal technology teams.
• Support projects and outcomes from multiple online and offline channels.
• Work with Acxiom Operations team to support successful campaign execution.
• Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and leading projects from end-to-end.
