Requirements

  • Some college.
  • Knowledge required to perform at this level is generally acquired by Undergraduate student pursuing degree in a business discipline.
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to apply general business concepts and processes to support department or company projects.
  • Ability to analyze problems, contribute to decisions, and assist in the design and implementation of solutions to resolve business issues that are moderate in complexity.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Performs planned work to accomplish project goals and provide experience and familiarization with business processes, independent thinking, and company practices and policies.
  • Communicates frequently with co-workers to discuss information or issues related to material properties and to clarify or obtain additional detailed information.
  • Assists in developing solutions to routine and non-routine problems of moderate complexity; interprets, executes and recommends modifications to operating policies where appropriate.
  • Assists with analyzing data and produces reports or summaries as necessary within area of expertise.
  • Assists in accurate data entry into computer databases or company files.
