About The Position

The Business Planning Intern will support the Commercial & Industrial Business Planning team by assisting with data tracking, documentation updates, and process improvement activities. This role is ideal for a student interested in business operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or data‑focused work.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots).
• Interest in algorithms, process automation, or data analysis.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Must be working towards a BA or MBA in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Update manual trackers when order quantities change.
• Download and track order information to monitor fulfillment progress.
• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy across multiple reports.
• Update and correct meeting minutes and internal documentation.
• Follow up on assigned action items with cross‑functional partners.
• Provide creative ideas to improve how data is organized and used.
