About The Position

Are you interested in an internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3 month intern opportunities at our site in Cambridge. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for one of the most innovative health technology companies in the world. Your role: Support the Monitoring Business Communications team by helping to manage communications programs for the entire Philips Monitoring portfolio. Partner closely with communications leads and cross-functional stakeholders to help execute internal and external communications priorities aligned with our 2026 Monitoring communications goals. Contribute to the successful delivery of draft internal and external communications for the Philips Monitoring business. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Hospital Patient Monitoring and Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics) and external partners to ensure clear, consistent communications. A key part of this role will involve supporting the development of Al driven tools and workflows to help our team work smarter and faster. Contribute to measurable improvements in content turnaround time and workflow efficiency through process optimization and smart automation. Contribute to planning and execution of key moments and assist in building and managing internal communication channels.

Requirements

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • You’re collaborative, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
  • You're an organized, proactive team player who is passionate about healthcare, technology, and storytelling.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
