Congruex is looking for an Intern, Business Analyst to join our team. Congruex designs and builds broadband and wireless communications infrastructure. Job Summary: The Operations Support Systems (OSS) Business Analyst Intern helps bridge business needs and technical solutions. The BA Intern attends Daily Stand-Up calls for prioritized work, attends / facilitates meetings with business stakeholders, and contributes to creation of documentation and other collateral. This role includes significant cross functional collaboration / co-innovation with end-user groups as well as team members from Operations, Application Development, & Digital Transformation.

Requirements

Current University Student – Junior or Senior
Business or Technology related Major
Strong organizational and time management skills
Curiosity
Interest in technology, business process, and problem-solving
Good analytical skills & communication skills
Logical, methodical approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:
Attends meetings
Documents business needs / user stories
Compiles requirements into simple requirements documents
Process Analysis and Documentation:
Analyzes current state business workflows
Identifies process inefficiencies / gaps
Assists with development and documentation of future / end-state workflows
Workflow design
User Acceptance Testing:
Assists OSS / tech team with authoring test cases
Performs User Acceptance Testing
Reports issues and drives resolution to completion
Application Administration
Assists System Administrators with support tickets
Completes minor application configuration changes
Learns basics of force.com platform
