This role is ideal for a student interested in digital platforms, customer experience, data, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with program, business, and technical teams to help ensure customers and help implement/enhance functionality within the Solution Navigator platform. How you may do it: Provide general business and operational support for a customer-facing digital program. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and reference materials for new and existing functionality. Help track and organize business questions, issues, and requests. Support basic business process documentation and validation. Assist with cross-functional coordination and communication across business teams. Maintain simple trackers, logs, and summaries related to activities and feedback. Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions. Assist with basic reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks as needed. Hands-on exposure to a global digital customer platform. Experience working across business, IT, product, and customer service teams. Development of professional skills in documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.
