Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A true passion for the beauty industry, especially clean and purpose-driven brands.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and think creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Fast learner and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team player who's also confident working independently.
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help bring our products to life through strategic sampling efforts.
  • Lead the execution of sampling campaigns from identifying target audiences to tracking performance and analyzing results.
  • Own the cultural moments calendar for Keys Soulcare.
  • Play a key role in weaving the brand authentically into key celebrations like International Women's Month, Black History Month, Pride, and more.
  • Collaborate with our experiential marketing team to coordinate and execute unforgettable, on-brand events.
  • Assist in managing logistics, timelines, creative assets, and cross-functional communications.
  • Lead the development of a monthly internal newsletter that keeps our team connected and inspired.
  • Partner with our field sales teams (Ulta and Sephora Canada) to provide in-store support.
  • Monitor trends and competitive activity in the beauty landscape, providing actionable insights.
  • Jump in on key marketing initiatives, reporting, and presentations.
