We are seeking individuals to fill the position of Intern - Branch Operations for our Fredericksburg, VA location. The chosen candidate(s) should have an interest in sales and customer service, and will assist with customer record maintenance and customer journey research.

The candidate selected to fill this role will have responsibilities to consist of, but not limited to:

Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.
Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.
Learning internal software systems.
Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.
Professionally represent Kaeser at all times.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and work with various departments within Kaeser.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities
