WGI is looking for a Summer intern to work with our Center for Innovation team in Austin, Texas. We offer paid internships for college students. Requirements

  • Must have completed at least two years from an accredited college in Architecture, Engineering, or a BIM-related technical program;
  • Solid PC skills and the ability to use Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Revit preferred;
  • Must be able to adapt to, and work in varied environments including indoors, outdoors, and project locations;
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of employment visas.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, CAD tools, or digital design technology a plus;

Responsibilities

  • Working on challenging projects that require collaboration within and among various departments;
  • Contribute to team projects and individual tasks assigned in support of BIM technologies and digital workflows;
  • Assist with BIM/CAD management tasks and automation development supporting internal teams;
  • Support development and maintenance of Revit-based BIM standards, templates, and workflows;
  • Must be punctual, dependable and follow company policy and guidelines;
  • Additional responsibilities may be given based on experience.
