  • Support BCG U's operations team, which could include Business Development, operations and delivery activities.
  • Support BD initiative (e.g. internal marketing on BCG U, pipeline tracking).
  • Support internal activation meetings, including helping on the agenda of these meetings, preparing meeting decks, capturing action items and follow-ups post-meetings.
  • Manage database (e.g. CRM, Vendor Data), ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assess improvement efforts on Analytics/Selected Learner Analytics.
  • Contribute to culture initiatives (e.g. virtual ice-breakers for All Hands Meetings, End of Year Celebration) to foster engagement and team connection.
  • Update Faculty materials (e.g. Faculty bios).
  • Support with internal marketing and communications efforts (e.g. Win Announcements, Slack communication strategy).
  • General operations and delivery activities (e.g. maintain BCG U people roster).
  • Preference to rising junior or senior working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to understand the importance of business processes.
  • Interest in education/upskilling topics.
  • Compensation range for role: $21-$24 per hour.
