About The Position

Kulicke and Soffa wants a Co-op that is familiar with appropriate CAD systems,
design and fabrication techniques, along with knowledge of appropriate software
tools such as Excel, Matlab, Jmp etc.

While at Kulicke and Soffa you will:

Under direction, use broad knowledge of technology or basic engineering
concepts and its application to assist engineering groups in R&D of products,
and support services.
Develop solutions to problems that require some analytical computation,
design and experimentation.
Assist in the task of assembling, testing and evaluating feasibility models
and engineering prototypes.
Gather technical data, and documents, organize and prepare it for
evaluation.
Analyze and report results from data that can be readily obtained.
