About The Position

As an Intern, Associate Scrum Master, you'll be at the heart of our development process, guiding and coaching our teams to deliver their best work. You'll collaborate closely with talented developers and product owners to refine processes, tackle challenges, and build high-performance teams. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university and within 12 months of completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Able to commit to work 15-25 hours a week during business hours.
  • Basic understanding of Agile principles and a hunger to learn.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions and keep things organized.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or working towards it.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a Scrum or Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence.
  • Self-starter who works well in teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
  • Empower teams to embrace Agile principles and foster collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Manager to prioritize the product backlog.
  • Drive communication to ensure clarity and organization in team objectives.
  • Solve problems by removing roadblocks and escalating challenges.
  • Track and report the team's progress and celebrate wins.
