Requirements

• Must be an undergraduate student in good academic standing in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• The availability to work full-time, hybrid, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs/week.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, large language models, and generative AI
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently in a team environment
• Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
• Humility to play as a team
• Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction

Responsibilities

• Help design, test, and support AI agents and will assist in running an internal AI agent hackathon, supporting participants and maintaining starter assets and documentation.
• Build and refine LLM prompts and prompt templates for common business use cases
• Assist in developing and testing AI agents (low-code and/or pro-code)
• Support planning and execution of an AI agent hackathon, including participant onboarding and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain documentation, examples, and starter kits for prompts and agents
• Help evaluate agent behavior and improve quality, clarity, and reliability
• Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
