SWBC is seeking talented students to join their College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This program offers an exciting opportunity for motivated college students to gain practical hands-on experience and training within their educational field of study, specifically within the financial services industry. Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university/college in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Business Management, Risk or Emergency Management, or related program.
Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required.
Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills.
Organized and adapt well to change.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done.
Display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
Familiarity with secure software development practices and DevSecOps concepts.
Understanding of OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, or common application vulnerabilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience with security platforms such as GitHub Advanced Security, Burp Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Experience with Python or another scripting language is a plus.
