Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Basic understanding of software development principles and database concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Interest in digital banking or financial technology

Responsibilities

• Assisting with software development tasks such as coding, testing, and debugging
• Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve user experience and system performance
• Supporting documentation efforts for technical processes and application features
• Learning and applying best practices in software development and agile methodologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
• Shadowing team members to understand how technical decisions are made and implemented
