Job Description Summary The Program Par Health offers an 11-week internship program designed to provide an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Par Health Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization. SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Application Analyst IT Intern is a technical position in the Information Technology department. This position will work with leadership to define, document and implement system solutions. This position will build dashboards and reporting to support the business functions and users. The position is part of the application team responsible for business partnerships, alignment of technology with business strategy, technology implementation including testing, documentation and training.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, etc.
• Skills/Competencies: Technical Proficiency – Strong Excel skills, familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• Knowledge - Basic understanding of business and IT terms
• Analytical Abilities - Problem-solving skills including working collaboratively with others; ability to interpret data, identify trends and solve routine problems
• Communication skills - Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business analysis activities or application development efforts.
• Assist with technology projects including defining requirements, testing and documentation.
• Support data analysis and engineering, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
• Assist with technical support or troubleshooting needs as assigned.
• Create training/knowledge transfer documents.
• Participate in regular application and business meetings and provide other support as defined by leader.
