About The Position

Our 10-week internship offers a comprehensive and immersive experience for students interested in gaining practical knowledge and skills in the banking industry. Each week, you will be exposed to different leaders and aspects of the line of business. You will have the opportunity to complete projects that will help you understand the day-to-day operations of a bank and develop a well-rounded skillset. Additionally, you will have the chance to receive guidance from experienced professionals in the field, participate in meetings, and network with other interns and associates. By the end of the program, you will have gained valuable insights, built a solid foundation in banking practices, and potentially set the stage for future career opportunities at First Horizon. The AI Product Intern will help support our AI and Robotics Processing Automation (RPA) teams. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real-world use of artificial intelligence within the financial sector. Work schedule and number of hours worked per week (minimum: 20-29 hours) are flexible, within normal business hours.

Responsibilities

Assist the AI team with administrative tasks to prepare for AI rollouts and ensure smooth implementation across different departments.
Support testing of AI solutions.
Participate in idea generation sessions to explore new use cases and applications for AI throughout the bank.
Collaborate with the RPA team to organize data and information critical to process improvement initiatives.
Test solutions designed by the AI and RPA teams to validate their effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Help with associate communications around the bank and feedback collection.
