About The Position

About the Team Zoom’s AI Product Management team builds and scales AI Companion capabilities used by millions globally. This internship sits within AI Companion Workflows and agentic initiatives, focused on automation, integrations, and user experience improvements across our AI ecosystem. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support AI Companion Workflow development. You will work alongside Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to help deliver AI-powered workflow automation features from concept through launch. Responsibilities Support development and launch of AI Companion workflow automation features Assist with template creation and third-party application integrations Contribute to product specifications, requirements documents, and user guides Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to identify product improvements Partner cross-functionally to support feature releases and launches What we're looking for Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HCI, or related field Have strong interest in AI/ML technologies and product management Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently Basic understanding of software development processes preferred Have experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom Docs, Google Docs, Jira, or similar platforms preferred What You Will Gain Exposure to the end-to-end AI product development lifecycle Experience writing structured product documentation and requirements Hands-on collaboration with engineering, design, legal, and marketing teams Insight into AI/ML product strategy and integration patterns Practical experience with data-driven product decision making Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $66,50 Maximum: $106,50 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HCI, or related field
