Department Intro The Ecosystems Development team supports strategic initiatives related to AI Data Center capabilities, operational efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration. The team drives process improvements, manages key documentation, and enables stakeholders with insights and tools that support the evolving data center landscape. Position Overview This internship focuses on supporting a project aimed at understanding AI Data Center power requirements, terminology, and emerging trends. The intern will assist the project lead with execution of project plans, coordination of stakeholder communication, and development of project materials. The role also contributes to business process management activities that enhance the Ecosystems Development team’s operational systems and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SharePoint for organizing and updating team resources.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability and willingness to learn new applications and software tools.
  • Foundational program or project management skills.
  • Ability to build AI agents using Copilot.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data analysis or documentation related to technical programs.
  • Familiarity with data center technologies or AI‑related concepts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment.
  • Interest in AI‑enabled systems, digital workflows, or business process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports to support ongoing AI Data Center power studies.
  • Coordinate communication between the project lead and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
  • Manage schedules, track project milestones, and contribute ideas during team planning and brainstorming sessions.
  • Update, build, and improve SharePoint resources for the Ecosystems Development team, including key documents and process overviews.
  • Support development of AI‑enabled systems and services, including engagement mapping, interaction model documentation, portfolio management, and budget tracking.
