Intern - Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Position Summary: This role will work with the AME team to develop improved solutions for our manufacturing environment. These projects are often focus but transformative that will involve some sort of automation or process control improvement
Requirements
- Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Major
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the concepts of Design for Manufacturability are incorporated in engineered to order product design.
- Manage the development of manufacturing and testing processes, equipment, handling, packaging, etc. for new product launches with Development Engineering and Production Engineering.
- Develop storage, inventory, and handling requirements for incoming and in-process materials
