Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital advertising, media, data analytics, or revenue operations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with data sets and tools such as Excel or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI applications in reporting and analytics
  • Hybrid role based in New York City with 4 days per week in-office

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize digital campaign performance data across internal and external platforms
  • Analyze advertiser campaign performance to surface insights that support renewals and business growth
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Ad Operations
  • Maintain and update internal performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Contribute to the development of internal resources and training materials related to reporting tools and performance metrics
  • Assist in the categorization and standardization of ad products and formats for consistent reporting
  • Review data pipelines and reporting outputs to identify discrepancies, gaps, or anomalies
  • Research and explore AI-driven approaches to enhance campaign reporting, insights, and automation
