As the Accounting Intern, you will work under the supervision of the Finance and Accounting staff while participating in various daily and/or monthly tasks within the Accounts Payable (AR) and Assurance and Compliance areas. In addition, you will work under the supervision of the Revenue Accounting staff while participating in various daily tasks within Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications and Invoice Support. You may assist with special projects as assigned. Assist the Finance and Accounting team with special projects as assigned. Support the Assurance and Compliance team by helping with various compliance audits and assist the AR/Cash Application team by researching customer payments and resolving discrepancies in the cash application system. Additionally, handle incoming calls for Invoice Support, providing necessary documentation to the appropriate AR associate, and upload imaging documentation into the company’s imaging system. This role also includes participating in cross-training across various functions within the Support Center.
