About The Position
ConGlobal is seeking dedicated Intermodal Equipment Operators/Terminal Operators to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is a key position within our global supply chain, and we are hiring immediately. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive paid training to ensure you are well-prepared for the role. The starting pay for this position ranges from $18.54 to $25.08 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As an Intermodal Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in assisting intermodal yards with the loading, unloading, and movement of shipping containers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with various tools and equipment, including driving hostlers and operating cranes, top loaders, and side loaders.
