The position involves planning the daily and weekly work schedules of drivers to ensure maximum freight coverage in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The role requires effective communication and distribution of appointment dates and times to drivers, owner operators, and/or fleet members. Additionally, the position entails coordinating between all IMC locations to optimize drivers' time and assisting drivers with equipment issues, detention time, rail billing, and any other requests they may have.
