About The Position

Dev.Pro is expanding its team and opening new remote opportunities for an Intermediate Travel Specialist to join their Travel & Hospitality department. This role involves managing visa applications and coordinating business trips, client visits, and personal travel for global teams, management, and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics. The specialist will shape seamless travel experiences for C-level executives and global teams, gain hands-on experience with top online booking tools, loyalty programs, and travel management best practices, and collaborate directly with top management, clients, and vendors, growing skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in corporate travel management or a travel agent role
  • Solid knowledge of travel planning and trip coordination
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, with confidence working in large collaborative spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Experience working with macOS
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear, timely visibility and excellent stakeholder communication
  • Ability to work independently and follow specific company policies and standards
  • Proven ability to learn new tools/procedures quickly
  • Solid customer service skills with a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling U.S. B1/B2 visa applications
  • Strong skills in managing loyalty programs, points, and miles
  • Familiarity with Expedia, Travellanda, and Booking.com, including managing corporate bonus accounts
  • Experience in IT or similar travel-industry roles (visa support, business trip coordination)
  • International travel experience and comfort working in English-speaking environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals)
  • Research and compare options based on client preferences, budget, and timelines
  • Source competitive pricing and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Confirm bookings and provide clear itineraries
  • Verify rates, discounts, and service availability
  • Finalize travel budgets and monitor cost alignment
  • Work with the finance team to track and reconcile travel expenses
  • Assist with visa applications (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA, etc.)
  • Advise on travel documents, insurance, and regulations
  • Ensure timely updates and clear communication with all parties
  • Implement new booking tools and support process improvements
  • Contribute to updating travel policies based on market research and regulatory changes
  • Handle occasional urgent issues outside regular hours
