This position is full time, hybrid with onsite responsibilities located in Indianapolis, IN. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Requires knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines for internal and external candidate hires.
  • Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
  • Requires knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
  • Requires demonstrated success implementing sourcing strategies and process improvement initiatives.
  • Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system.
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
  • Requires experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support.
  • Manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment.
  • Applies basic total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities.
  • Assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies.
