About The Position

TMC Technologies is searching for an Intermediate Systems Engineer to be included in a bid effort to provide subject matter, systems engineering, software development, and test/evaluation expertise to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department. Work is expected to begin in August 2025. Selected candidates will be required to sign a Letter of Intent.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of general experience related to one or more of the following programs and tasks: Inertial Navigation Systems, Position, Velocity, Attitude, Time systems, Shipboard Gridlock System with Auto-Correlation (SGS/AC), Global Positioning System (GPS) and other Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), DDG-1000, LCS, Composite Tracking Network (CTN), Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S), Navy Marine Corps Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS), Advanced Man Portable Air Defense System (AMANPADS), Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS), Marine Fixed Sites, Marine Intercom System, Light Marine Air Defense Integrated System (LMADIS), Medium Range Intercept Capability (MRIC), Installation small Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (I-CsUAS), Medium Range Air Defense Radar (MRADR), Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Combined IAMD Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Trainer (CIAT), Estimation of Precise Orbits and Clock to High Accuracy (EPOCHA), Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR).
• AND/OR: Three (3) years of specific experience, defined as: Experience with Navy and USMC combat systems to include AEGIS and SSDS, DDG-1000, LCS, including design, performance, analysis, military applications, or operational experience.
• Experience in the development of Navy and USMC combat systems including definition, functional allocation design development, testing, integration and operational deployment.
• Experience in the development of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products as well as other architectural representations of Track Management and link functions.
• Experience in the development of methodologies, models, or simulations for conducting engineering assessment to Track Management Systems' performance, performance data analysis, simulation / development / maintenance.
• Experience in developing and assessing capability requirement documents, capability production documents, system engineering plans, system requirements documents, system design documents, interface design documents and specifications.
