The successful candidate will actively contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of custom software solutions across the Q2 platform, working on both front-end and back-end components. This includes integrating with internal systems and external services, ensuring all solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The position offers an opportunity to deepen technical expertise, collaborate closely with peers, gain exposure to various technologies, and learn to deliver high-quality software in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science or equivalent experience and may require up to 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Proficiency in C# and SQL
  • Passion for applying good design principals while exercising pragmatism to keep deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience contributing in an Agile development environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary for deadlines and off-hours installations
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions of moderate complexity.
  • Deliver solutions in live production systems individually and collaboratively.
  • Support and maintain custom features, with occasional on-call availability.
  • Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.
  • Assist and mentor teammates, providing technical guidance and best practices.
