About The Position

You will lead the design and construction of ZURU's new offices and showrooms around the world. You'd be managing multiple high-profile projects, from the initial design phase to final execution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in architecture, with a focus on commercial projects, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction.
• Proven experience leading and managing architectural teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes.
• High proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Enscape.
• Must hold an active architecture licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of 3+ commercial projects simultaneously.
• Develop architectural designs and review technical drawings.
• Oversee construction administration and manage schedules.
• Ensure projects stay on budget and meet high-quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external contractors.
• Lead meetings, present designs, and strategically solve challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
