About The Position

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Document Control Specialist to support document control and records management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in an office or administrative environment
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/O365)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical file movement
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage document delivery, pickup, and tracking
  • Maintain and update records inventory systems
  • Support document scanning, filing, and storage processes
  • Assist with records retention and disposal activities
  • Perform quality checks and database searches for records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet document requests
