About The Position

The Intermediate Contract Compliance Analyst at Vanderbilt Mortgage is responsible for ensuring that company contracts meet quality standards and adapt to changing business needs. This role involves acting as the primary contact for bulk loan acquisitions, facilitating communication between various business units and third-party sellers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field required.
• 2-4 years of related experience required.
• Prior experience reviewing compliance requirements and legal contracts preferred.
• Working knowledge of loan applications and financing terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas and features.
• Ability to research and run queries effectively.
• Strong communication and technical skills.

• Experience with project management platforms and software suites.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and conflicting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage correspondent agreements, applications, recertifications, and financial requests.
• Evaluate, track, and propose amendments to various lending agreements and contracts.
• Provide documentation and support for contract negotiations.
• Monitor contracts for compliance and facilitate execution of agreements.
• Investigate and monitor correspondent compliance requirements and discuss with department managers.
• Coordinate responses to correspondent investor requests and provide updates to senior management.
• Develop queries and improve processes for contract management.
• Facilitate bulk sale and acquisition transactions and ensure compliance during servicing transfers.
• Assist in managing contract processes for vendors and Oracle implementation.
