  • Implement the organization's compensation programs following established standards and policies.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, and analysis of compensation surveys for a client group.
  • Serve as a member of the compensation team to improve work processes and reduce system workload.
  • Consult with management, HR team members, and employees regarding program application, refinement, and interpretation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in the development and administration of compensation programs required.
  • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using various systems and software applications, especially spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Strong, detail-oriented analytical and critical thinking skills.
