The Intermediate Clinical Applications Analyst will analyze, plan, design, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support of Baptist OneCare (Epic). The role involves performing workflow assessments, capturing business needs, and analyzing internal business systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization. The incumbent will possess clinical, financial, technical, or application knowledge and experience, and will perform system builds, upgrades, and enhancements as needed. Support for the application will be provided through all phases of implementation, optimization, and maintenance. The analyst will work with cross-functional teams and end users to achieve application integration to meet clinical and/or business needs. Discretion and judgment will be exercised in the performance of original, creative, intellectual work. The incumbent is subject to callback and on-call as required, and will perform other duties as assigned.
