About The Position
The RCO Business Intelligence Analyst, Intermediate is responsible for using the enterprise's data to design, create, and maintain BI reports and tools in support of Revenue Cycle Operations from a financial & operational perspective at UVA Health. Seeks continued educational opportunities to perform data analysis utilizing appropriate analytics methodologies. Learns to foster data-driven decision-making by providing valuable consultative analytics support to Revenue Cycle leadership, in accordance with regulatory standards as appropriate. This individual should have excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills along with highly effective written /verbal communication and interpersonal skills contributing to the overall mission of the Revenue Cycle Continuous Process Improvement team.
