Apply departmental policies and procedures with sound judgment to complete assigned tasks accurately. Review approved credit packages to create and maintain credit records. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and inquiries. Manage, escalate, and resolve requests and issues related to departmental operations in a timely manner. Participate in projects and user testing related to system or process enhancements. Identify workflow gaps and contribute suggestions to improve efficiency. Understand and support how CRMS functions integrate with other departments. Assist with training and provide process guidance to backup or support specialists.
