About The Position

STV is seeking an experienced Intermediate Architect who will support a critical Buildings project in the NY Metro area. The successful candidate must have experience with large public projects in an urban environment and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience . Key responsibilities include: Provide support on Architectural Design work from programming and concept design through construction documentation for projects requiring interface and collaboration with various disciplines and consultants. Support in Day-to-Day coordination with architectural project team and other design disciplines. Elevate topics as needed to Design Manager(s). Prepare architectural drawings, utilizes a strong knowledge of building technology; and/or supervises their execution for all phases of a project. Participating in, or leading project-specific marketing/proposal preparation and presentations. Don’t meet every single requirement? Requirements

A Professional Degree in Architecture is required with 8 + years of experience.
Proficiency with BIM / Revit, Blue Beam and Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Excellent design, presentation skills, both verbal and visual is required.
The candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for problem solving, and an understanding that project success comes through teamwork, and a firm focus on client needs.
