About The Position
The Interlibrary Services Lead provides leadership for all the library's resource-sharing activities. The incumbent establishes and monitors overall departmental priorities, procedures, and work practices for borrowing materials from and lending materials to other libraries; provides lead work direction to unit staff and student assistants; and manages the unit's budgetary and other administrative functions. Additionally, the Interlibrary Services Lead coordinates with the Resource Sharing Specialist in handling borrowing and lending requests for library materials from patrons and other institutions.
