Working under the direction of and in collaboration with the Director of Capital and Small Projects, the Interiors Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing projects related to existing interior spaces within Wharton buildings. This role jointly manages Wharton’s furniture program, maintains inventory of existing furniture, oversees finish selections for small projects and the interior finishes catalog, and coordinates on-site design services and construction. The position liaises with external professionals engaged in small projects and helps oversee project activities, while supporting the Director of Capital and Small Projects on major capital projects as needed. Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a high degree of initiative are essential for success in this role.
