About The Position

The Selections Coordinator is primarily responsible for processing interior selection sheets and change orders and supporting the Selections and Product Development Departments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience or customer service experience in a related field.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing interior selections sheets and change orders by following spec home collections.
  • Process Model Home change orders.
  • Maintain Selections matrix.
  • Assist with preparing materials for presentations, trainings, and special projects.
  • Maintain Selections Department samples (carpet, tile, wood).
  • Assist with Model Home selections process.
  • Maintain Division Upgrade Lists.
  • Maintain communication with construction and sales.
  • Assist VP of Product Development and Manager with product accounts.
