The Interior Residential Painter is an in-house position within the Facilities & Fleet (F&F) Department responsible for interior repainting and surface-finishing needs within occupied residential homes and facilities across RHA Health Services. This role supports the upkeep, safety, and appearance of bedrooms, common areas, kitchens, trim, and other interior spaces by performing high-quality surface preparation and painting services while minimizing disruption to individuals supported and daily operations. The Interior Residential Painter works collaboratively with Facilities leadership to assess project needs, recommend materials, and execute work efficiently. All materials are provided by the organization. This position requires travel to multiple RHA locations and includes a transportation allowance. This role does not include exterior work, sales, bidding, or customer collections.
