About The Position

Visits customer sites and repairs spot damage on hard surfaces. Maintains systems, tools, and supplies to operate efficiently. Documents before and after photos of work. Works with other technicians and owners. Work vehicle provided. Extensive training provided.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color, texture, and form.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during the repair process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions and team discussions.
  • Developing technical skills for surface repair.
  • Able to see all color hues and successfully pass a color blindness test without any deficiencies.
  • Must maintain an active driver’s license and clean driving record for work provided vehicle.
  • Basic computer skills, ability to type, and update work logs on work system.
  • Effectively communicate with both customers and work team.
  • Works with minimum supervision.
  • Hearing/Speaking: Effective communication with employees and clients
  • Standing: 10% of the day

  • Able to learn various repair techniques by watching Lead Tech, asking questions, and eventually practicing until perfecting
  • Maintain professional appearance, clean uniform, and clean car.
  • Documents all encounters in work system, and reports on those activities daily.
  • Maintain clean and efficient work environment both in their (work provided) vehicle and at any job location.
  • Maintains personal inventory daily to ensure all products and tools required for daily work orders are maintained.
  • Joins and actively participates in regularly scheduled meetings
  • Reports on daily activity.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping all information confidential.
  • Able to have owners provide a flight and hotel to attend formal training in Spokane, Washington for four days
  • Ability to see color accurately (pass an on-line color blindness test)
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
