About The Position

Steinhafels is looking for passionate and creative Interior Designers who love transforming spaces and helping clients bring their dream homes to life. As a full commission sales position, there is unlimited earning potential, especially during the first 4 pay periods of training where an additional $15/hour bonus is provided on top of commissions. Requirements

• Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity.
• Creative talent to translate vision into client presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently.
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with 2D and 3D space planning.
• Experience with palette selections and textiles.
• DMV record must meet insurability requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in interior design.
• Extensive experience and training in a design field.

Responsibilities

• Help customers create the home of their dreams by providing decorating solutions.
• Offer a full spectrum of services from basic suggestions to complete floor plans.
• Translate creative visions into presentations that meet client needs and drive sales.
• Manage multiple projects and customers concurrently.
• Work both in-store and in customers' homes.
