About The Position

Lilly Architects is seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join their team, focusing on a variety of commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and will be responsible for preparing design documents, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with design standards. This role requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2 years of experience in Interior Design
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Enscape
• Experience with Photoshop and InDesign
• Knowledge of architectural building systems
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing scaled drawings and contract documents utilizing Revit
• Preparing 2D and/or 3D models for presentations for client review
• Researching and identifying products (finishes, fixtures, etc.)
• Researching codes and other standards as necessary for compliance
• Assisting in preparing studies and reports
• Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design, demonstrating the ability to arrange a unified design
• Assisting in proper documentation of project files
• Assisting in preparing marketing proposals and presentations
• Preparing finish material board
• Preparing comprehensive interior design packages including interior architectural detailing/construction documents and FFE selection/specification
