About The Position

The Interior Designer will play a key role in creating immersive and visually stunning environments that captivate our guests, in spaces ranging from dining areas, to our immersive gameplay arena, to customer support spaces. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring our creative visions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of design and create immersive spaces that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Requirements

• Experience & Technical Expertise: 5+ years in hospitality/retail/restaurant design, including 1+ year overseeing restaurant projects with knowledge of health codes, kitchen infrastructure, and industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Revu, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Skills & Capabilities: Strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, understanding of industry trends, and the ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working Style: Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with flexibility, a proactive “get things done” attitude, and an upbeat, positive team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Position focuses on creating innovative, functional interior design concepts that support the overall creative vision of the Level99 experience with focus on the restaurant and guest services experiences.
• Involves developing detailed floorplans, millwork concepts and material selections—while ensuring practicality, safety, and durability.
• Staying current with industry trends, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and refining designs based on feedback are key parts of the process.
• Collaboration is central, requiring close work with cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with budgetary and creative goals.
• The position also contributes to venue design documentation and supports installations with a positive, proactive attitude.
