About The Position
The Interior Designer supports the Planning Section and is responsible for independently executing interior design, space planning, and project activation tasks for healthcare environments.
Requirements
- Healthcare design experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 8–10 years of professional interior design experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design solutions for healthcare spaces
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, FF&E plans, and presentations
- Review plans for compliance with VA standards (TIL, ABAAS, NFPA, OSHA)
- Develop procurement packages (SOW, IGCE, specs, budgets)
- Coordinate installation, delivery, and activation
- Maintain documentation and oversee punch list completion
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments
